We source specialist services to ensure the effective, efficient and cost effective management of sick and absence monitoring programmes in the workplace. AMA Healthcare has a proven track record in managing through with a process of early recognition and intervention with regular follow up.

- Formulating policy and procedure in relation to sickness and absence monitoring.
- Increase company’s productivity and working time – reduction in long and short term absences.
- Support Management to effectively manage employees back to work as quickly and as effectively as possible.

- Individuals are referred to a Consultant Occupational Health Physician, to establish status and projections.
